BC Packaging and Shipping LTD. is not liable for the contents that are in any of the packages managed through its services. Contents are pre-packaged upon pick up and the re-packed, weighed, measured and labelled for outgoing. BC Packaging ad Shipping LTD also does not have access to the information of what the contents are, and this does not pertain to our guaranteed services. Please refer to Guaranteed Services.
Third parties have agreed to our Terms and Conditions for Clients and are obligated by that agreement to disclose anything fragile, or that could be compromised. are limited to the liability of the value of our services only.
By using our services and website you are agreeing to waive any liability for unknown contents of packaging and for acknowledging that we are a guaranteed shipping and packaging service ONLY.
Terms and Conditions for Third Party Clients
BC Packaging and Shipping LTD reserves the right to refuse any clients who may have been subjected to previous breaches of contracts under our terms and conditions, policies, or other signed contracts. BC Packaging and Shipping LTD also reserves the right to refuse any clients whom we feel may be hindering any laws or bylaws that are held within the jurisdiction of those contracts.
BC Packaging and Shipping LTD does not store any personal or business information on our site and all gathered information is encrypted offline. See privacy page for more information.

Should a client object to any term or conditions of services of this agreement, or any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with BC Packaging and Shipping Ltd. in any way, or it’s revisions, updates etc., the client’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue any use of BC Packaging and Shipping Ltd. BC Packaging and Shipping Ltd. and it’s site, which also has the right to strictly enforce this agreement through self-help, community moderation, active investigation, litigation, and prosecution.
By agreeing to BC Packaging and Shipping Ltd. Terms and Conditions of Services, you are also acknowledging that BC Packaging and Shipping Ltd. and it’s site are not responsible for any contents supplied, or provided by any secondary or third parties, or anyone that has handled the client’s package. Therefore, BC Packaging and Shipping Ltd. are not bound by any jurisdiction or law to which the existing contents of the package(s) are placed upon the use of the services of this site, as BC Packaging ad Shipping Ltd have no knowledge of any packages or parcels that come through the facility.
Furthermore, by agreeing to BC Packaging and Shipping Terms and Conditions of Services, clients are not bound to any membership fees or sign up costs and are not legally bound to anything further than these Terms and Conditions of Services of this site.
Guaranteed Services
BC Shipping and Packaging Ltd. guarantees it’s main services, but doesn’t guarantee an exact time/date that isn’t parallel to the online postal tracking methods used on third party sites.
